Not recommended. Aligners must be worn for about 22 hours a day—only then will your teeth move according to the treatment plan and the treatment be effective.
If you remove the aligners frequently or for long periods of time, their effectiveness decreases. You should only remove them while eating, brushing your teeth, and, in rare cases, for important events—but it’s best to keep such exceptions to a minimum. Consistency and discipline play a key role in the success of your treatment.
