I’d been looking forward to this particular clinic opening in Warsaw for a very long time, as I’d heard about them even before that. I came all the way from Paris just to visit them. It lived up to my expectations completely: everything was calm and unhurried, yet very professional. It’s handy that there’s an X-ray room and they take the images straight away on the spot. Afterwards, the doctor explains everything in detail and shows you the results. And I’d like to mention separately that the prices were a pleasant surprise – not at all like in Europe.

I recently had dental treatment at a new dental clinic in Warsaw, run by Belarusians, and was very pleased with it. The clinic is small but modern and very well-kept — you can tell that everything has been done with attention to detail. I’d particularly like to mention the atmosphere: it’s calm, clean and doesn’t feel rushed. I was treated by Dr Dmitry — he listened carefully, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The staff are very friendly and attentive. You can tell that they don’t treat patients in a perfunctory manner, but genuinely try to make everything as comfortable as possible — they explain things, don’t rush you, and take plenty of time. I came away with nothing but positive impressions. I’m happy to recommend it.

Yesterday I visited Dr Natalia for the second time, as I needed to have a wisdom tooth removed before starting my orthodontic treatment. I was really worried that it would be painful and take a long time – my friends had said it was almost the most dreadful experience of their lives. But everything went well. The anaesthetic was the most painful part; the procedure was over quickly, and the swelling wasn’t too bad! I hope the clinic stays open for a long time to come. I was very pleased with everything; I’d definitely recommend it. It’s a brand-new clinic, so it looks lovely and has a really pleasant atmosphere!
